These terms govern your use of occolondon.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you’re not happy with any part of them, please don’t use the site.

Products and pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you placed your order.
Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Minor variations in colour may occur depending on your screen settings.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email and charge your payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders — for example, where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. In that case, we’ll refund you in full.
Orders are processed quickly. Once placed, changes are not possible — this includes address, payment method, and item updates. If something is wrong, contact customercare@occolondon.com immediately.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your card details — all payment processing is handled securely by our payment providers.
Delivery
Free UK shipping on orders over £50. Orders under £50 ship from £3.99. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. International orders take 7–16 business days. Full delivery information is on our Delivery page.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact customercare@occolondon.com.
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — belongs to OCCO London. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order or use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
