Where we send orders
We send to the whole UK, including Northern Ireland.
We can't send orders outside the UK yet. That includes the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Signature on delivery
Some orders need a signature. If you're not in, Royal Mail will leave a card. It tells you how to pick a new day or collect it from your local depot.
Buying more than one thing
Your items will most often come together. Sometimes we send them in 2 parcels. Then you'll get a tracking number for each one.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page.
Is your order a mix of pre-order and in-stock items? We'll hold it all until the pre-order is ready. Want your in-stock items sooner? Order them on their own.
