Built on science, not guesswork.
Every prompt, structure, and method inside our tools is drawn from cognitive research on how high-performing brains work — and what causes them to collapse.
-
Designed for the way you actually think.
Not how you wish you thought. For a brain that's switched on and needs the right container — not another system to abandon by Thursday.
-
Ambitious without the burnout.
Most productivity tools are optimised for output. Ours are calibrated for sustainable output — the kind you can still manage on a difficult Tuesday in November.
What people actually say
Morning Mind Journal
“I was sceptical about journaling. Felt like something I'd do twice and abandon. Three months in and I haven't missed a morning. My head is clearer, I'm less reactive, and I actually feel like I'm processing things instead of just carrying them around.”
Charlotte Taylor, Leeds
Videographer
Weekly Planner Pad
“Really well designed and easy to stick to. I like that it forces you to think weekly rather than just reacting day to day. Knocked one star off only because I got through it faster than expected — but that's probably a sign I'm actually using it.”
Tom Walker, Leeds
Co-Founder
Go-Getter Bundle
“Bought the bundle after a really rough quarter — burned out, overwhelmed, struggling to focus. Having everything together made it easy to actually build a routine rather than picking things up half-heartedly. Two months later I feel like a different person at work.”
Priya T, Edinburgh
Marketing Manager
Priority Pad
“I've tried lots of productivity systems and always fell off after a week. The Priority Pad is different — it's brutally simple, which is exactly what I needed. I stop wasting the first hour of my day figuring out what to do. Genuinely changed how I start work.”
James Rown, London
Lead designer
Could Do Pad
“Bought this on a whim and it's quietly become one of the most useful things on my desk. Gets everything out of my head and onto paper so I can stop mentally cycling through it. Simple idea, well executed.”
Daniel Kirst, Bristol
Performance Engineer
Morning Mind Journal
“I make sure to move every day but have always struggled to be consistent with meditation, so find this such a great prompt. The gratitude and prompted journal sections are my favourite.”
Sophie Mackenzie, Manchester
Graphic Designer
Morning Mindset Journal
“I've been using my journal for a few weeks and now couldn't live without it. The journal prompts are so helpful and makes it different to any others I've tried before.”
Beki Hare, Redditch
Wedding Photographer
Morning Mindset Journal
“They have great sections to help guide my thoughts and get them out. The best way to start my day and keep my head level as I navigate life's challenges.”

Built by people who needed it
Ollie and Clare — two designers, two burnouts, one well-timed Bumble date — built OCCO in 2021 because nothing useful existed for people like them. Fast-moving minds. High-output lives. Four evidence-based tools later, it still doesn't exist anywhere else.
Questions
Do I need all four tools?
No. Most people start with one — usually the Priority Pad or the Morning Mindset Journal — and add from there once they've built the habit. The Go-Getter Bundle exists for people who want the full system from day one, and the price reflects that. But if you're not sure, start with one.
How long does this actually take each day?
Ten minutes minimum. Fifteen is the sweet spot. The tools are designed to work fast — structured prompts, not blank pages — so there's no settling-in time. You use them, you move on.
Is this just another planner I'll abandon by Thursday?
Probably your concern, not a question — and fair enough. Most planners fail because they demand perfection: skip a day and the system feels broken. OCCO's design assumption is that you'll miss days. The Could Do Pad captures overflow, the Priority Pad resets each morning, and the Weekly Planner holds the bigger picture. Missing Tuesday doesn't break Wednesday.
What's the difference between the Priority Pad and the Weekly Planner Pad?
Priority Pad is daily — three things, today. Weekly Planner Pad is the 30,000-foot view across the whole week. They're designed to work together, but both work standalone.
