How it works
- Use it for real. Write in it and tear off the sheets.
- Not helping within 90 days of purchase? Email customercare@occolondon.com.
- Tell us briefly what didn't work. We'll send you our returns address.
- Send it back with your proof of purchase. We'll refund you in full.

Return postage
You pay for return postage. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
If your item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, we pay for it. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
Delivery
UK delivery is £4.95. It's free on orders over £50. We use Royal Mail, and most orders arrive in 2 to 3 working days.
